We are looking for a data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

Responsibilities:

Content & Inbound Marketing:

  • Build and manage a rich content and editorial calendar across owned channels including website, blog, and social media.
  • Create and repurpose high-quality content such as blog posts, landing pages, emailers, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, infographics, and webinars to attract and convert a qualified audience.
  • Develop compelling calls-to-action (CTAs), landing pages, and lead-generation assets to convert site traffic into marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Bring fresh ideas for content themes, campaigns, and formats aligned with business goals.

SEO, SEM & Paid Campaigns:

  • Drive SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, content repurposing, and link-building strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize SEO performance to improve organic visibility and conversions.
  • Plan, recommend, and execute paid campaigns including Google Ads (SEM), PPC campaigns, advertorials, and social media advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research and continuously optimize campaigns for cost, reach, and ROI.

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation:

  • Own and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip and nurture campaigns, targeted emailers, and automated workflows.
  • Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across email, content, and social channels.

Social & LinkedIn Marketing:

  • Drive organic and paid LinkedIn marketing initiatives to build brand presence and generate leads.
  • Use LinkedIn automation tools responsibly to support outreach and engagement.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with content and demand generation goals.

Analytics & Collaboration:

  • Establish and maintain closed-loop analytics with the sales team to track how marketing leads convert into customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation, including A/B testing.
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Zoho, Brevo, Smartreach (or similar), Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and keyword research.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas for campaigns and content.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.

Good to Have

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience creating SEO-optimized long-form content (whitepapers, ebooks, reports).
  • Exposure to video scripting and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integrations.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience in inbound marketing for a technology company
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding and proficiency in using digital marketing tools and tactics
  • Ability to use data to inform all decisions
