Manager Strategy Operations

As a Project Manager at Lodha Upper Thane, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Preparation of Project Execution Strategy and ensuring the start of construction work. - Coordinating with internal departments such as Liaison, Design, Budget, Contract, CM, HPM to ensure closure. - Monitoring and controlling customer satisfaction score. - Ensuring handover between CM and HPM team. - Preparing Risk Management Plan including risk identifications, mitigation strategies, and occurrence schedule. - Tracking special projects and Project Closeout. - Ensuring Liveability for customers in coordination with HPM & CM team. - Monitoring and tracking construction milestones, sales inventory, etc. - Driving and ensuring closure of customer complaints in coordination with design & HPM. - Preparation of MIS reports. - Coordinating for CFO and OC and ensuring timely closure. - Ensuring main livability parameters such as power, water, STP, Parking, MGL, etc., are in place before possession. Qualifications required for this role include: - Knowledge of township and related ancillary structures.
