Job Description

As a Team Leader in our company, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring the administrative team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities to ensure the team's growth. Your role will also involve overseeing daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management. You will develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency in the workplace. In terms of budget management, you will prepare and manage the administrative budget to ensure cost-effective operations. Monitoring expenditures and identifying areas for potential savings will be crucial responsibilities. As a Project Coordinator, you will lead special projects and initiatives that enhance administrative efficiency, such as process automation or new software implementation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives will also be part of your duties. Communication and Reporting will be a key aspect of your role, serving as the point of contact for internal and external communications. You will prepare reports and presentations for senior management, analyzing administrative performance metrics. Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards will be essential. You will also be responsible for crisis management, acting as a point of contact during crises, coordinating recovery efforts, and leading post-incident reviews for improvement. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. You should have 5+ years of experience in administration or office management, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role and an overall work experience of 10+ years. Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities are required. Proficiency in office management software and project management tools is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict management, and communication skills. Understanding local markets, requirements, and updated laws related to the role is also important. Working Conditions: - Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required. - Travel to other office locations or events may be involved. - Flexibility in working hours is expected based on need, urgency, and business requirements. - Ability to handle multi-cultural teams and colleagues.
