Job Title: Manager - Performance and Reward System

Purpose of the role

The role holder will support the enhancement, continuous improvement and delivery of Group P&R systems and reporting suites thereby ensuring smooth running of the service including the annual performance and reward cycles. The role holder will partner with HR Global Service Owners (GSO), IT and vendor teams to deliver key system and process changes impacting or originating from Performance and Reward

In this role, you will:

P&R Systems Delivery:

  • Support annual Performance & Reward cycles by coordinating data loads, validations and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Partner with global/regional P&R teams on system processes and reporting needs.
  • Provide functional oversight to SuccessFactors PMGM and Compensation processes.
  • Manage P&R systems access, user support and process tracking in line with governance controls.
  • Support UAT of PM, Reward & Reporting enhancements.
  • Internal and external audit support for P&R systems

Data Insights, Power BI & Analytics Transformation:

  • Support the team in partnering with IT and external vendor teams to design, review and validate Power BI reporting solutions.
  • Provide clear business requirements to IT teams for Power BI datasets, data models and dashboards.
  • Review the data pipelines, Databricks table structures and Azure data flows delivered by IT to ensure they meet P&R needs.
  • Ensure data definitions, calculations, KPIs and logic are implemented correctly in the new reporting solution.
  • Perform UAT on dashboards, semantic models and end-to-end reporting flows.
  • Translate business questions into analytical requirements and ensure IT teams build aligned technical outputs.
  • Support continuous improvements in data quality, governance and documentation across P&R reporting.

AI Enablement & Innovation:

  • Identify, explore and define AI opportunities across P&R portfolio (e.g., insight summarisation, anomaly detection, trend insights).
  • Work with IT or vendor teams to assess feasibility of AI capabilities and participate in solution design.
  • Support the team in conducting proof of concepts and adoption of SuccessFactors AI features and other HR tech innovations.
  • Experience in using automation tools (R, Alteryx, Power Automate or similar).
  • Ensure AI or automation solutions meet business, data and stakeholder requirements.

Collaboration with IT and Vendors:

  • Support the team in liaising between business and technical teams in the reporting transformation program.
  • Provide functional guidance, clarify requirements and validate technical designs.
  • Review prototypes, data structures, dashboards and test results delivered by IT and vendors.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues, dependencies and data challenges.
  • Participate in UAT cycles, track defects and sign off deliverables before release.

Risk Governance and Controls:

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize data related risks and ensure data management complies with relevant governance and regulatory policies.
  • Ensure data compliance, accuracy and control adherence throughout reporting and system processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc insights and reporting to stakeholders with clear interpretation and business context.
  • Maintain documentation of business requirements, data definitions and end-to-end reporting logic.

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Support the P&R systems team in the execution of annual performance and pay cycles and in management of issues.
  • Work collaboratively with IT, vendor teams and P&R stakeholders to deliver reporting transformation milestones.
  • Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and ensure continuous tracking of progress.
  • Foster a solutions-oriented and collaborative environment within the team.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical teams.

To be successful you will:

  • Working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboards, metrics, data models and semantic layers
  • Familiarity with Azure data services (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake) and Databricks concepts (e.g., Delta tables, notebooks, transformations).
  • Knowledge in SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation modules with familiarity in EC
  • Strong data literacy - ability to interpret large datasets and determine data quality issues
  • Ability to translate P&R business needs into clear analytical and data requirements.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., R, Alteryx or similar tools)

  • Excellent MS excel skills (or equivalent data analysis platforms) and ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across virtual and global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
