Role Overview
We are seeking a
Manager – Sales & Revenue Operations
to own and scale our
revenue operations framework
across global markets (India, SEA, and MEA). This role will be responsible for
Salesforce CRM
&
NetSuite ERP integration
, and the seamless alignment of GTM systems with our
Product Dashboard
to ensure complete revenue visibility.You will work closely with
Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, and Success teams
to streamline processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive end-to-end sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Operations:
- Own and administer Salesforce CRM as the central sales tool — pipeline management, forecasting, dashboards, and automation.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with NetSuite ERP and the Product Dashboard, enabling a single source of truth for revenue recognition and reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance and Success teams to align bookings, billings, renewals, and collections with sales forecasts.
- Drive weekly pipeline reviews with Sales & Marketing to optimize sales velocity and identify funnel improvements.
- Manage incentive calculation and payout process through systems like Visdum or equivalent.
System Integration & Process Improvement
- Ensure smooth data exchange between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other GTM tools (Hubspot , Asana, Zendesk, GTMBuddy, DealHub, etc.).
- Partner with internal teams to enhance the Dashboards with accurate revenue and deal lifecycle data.
- Develop and enforce SOPs and workflows to drive consistency across Sales, Partnerships, and Success.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain executive dashboards covering bookings, pipeline, forecast, revenue recognition, and sales performance.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for leadership and board-level reporting.
- Track campaign and partnership contribution to revenue, ensuring visibility into multi-channel deal sourcing.
Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align goals, GTM cadences, and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain a central repository of playbooks, enablement material, and collateral for sales teams.
- Support HR and leadership in onboarding/offboarding sales staff, ensuring system access and compliance.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain data hygiene, compliance, and access control across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other GTM systems.
- Serve as the single point of contact for queries, issue resolution, and system escalations across Sales Ops.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
5+ years in
Sales Operations / Revenue Operations
, with experience in SaaS or Enterprise sales environments.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM.
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
- Exposure to integrations with Product Dashboards and other GTM tools.
Skills
- Proven success in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
- Ability to build dashboards and analytics frameworks for sales and executive teams.
- Strong stakeholder management with Sales, Finance, and Success leaders.
Good To Have
- Salesforce Admin / Advanced certifications.
- NetSuite ERP functional/technical certification.
- Prior experience driving large-scale system integrations (CRM ↔ ERP ↔ Product).
