Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, drive recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting employee engagement, handling HR documentation, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Prepare and issue job offers, ensuring proper documentation and background verification. Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs. 2. Employee Relations Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and grievances. Promote a positive work culture through regular engagement activities. Address and mediate workplace conflicts with professionalism. 3. Training & Development Identify training needs and organize relevant sessions or workshops. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and track employee development. 4. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with labor laws. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. 5. Performance Management Assist with performance review cycles, feedback sessions, and growth plans. Monitor performance metrics and recommend areas of improvement. 6. Payroll & Benefits Administration Support payroll processing and ensure compensation accuracy. Manage employee attendance, leave, and benefits programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. High level of confidentiality and integrity.
