Your Role:

Manager – FP&A

What You’ll Do:

• Annual Operating Plan (AOP):

  Lead the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and manage monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts.

• Drive Forecasting with Precision

  : Own and lead the monthly and quarterly rolling forecast process — gathering inputs from across the business, challenging assumptions, and building agile models that reflect real-time business dynamics.

• Turn Variances into Action

  : Analyze actuals vs forecasts to identify gaps, variances, and missed opportunities. Drive follow-ups with functional teams to uncover root causes and align on course-correction plans.

• Anticipate, Don’t React

  : Conduct proactive scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to prepare for revenue shifts, cost fluctuations, and operational risks — ensuring leadership always has a view of what’s next.

• Build Decision-Making Tools

  : Design and implement real-time business intelligence dashboards that give leadership and teams instant access to key financial and operational metrics.

• Be a Strategic Finance Partner

  : Work closely with business leaders to translate plans into numbers, support resource allocation, and enable financially sound decision-making across departments.

• Drive a Culture of Financial Discipline

  : Lead the shift from reactive reporting to forward-looking analysis — bringing predictability, clarity, and accountability to how the organization manages its financial health.

• Support Strategic Projects

  : Provide ad hoc financial modeling and deep-dive analytics to support new initiatives, pricing decisions, cost optimization efforts, and investor reporting.

What You’ll Need:

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial modeling roles.
• Educational qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance).
• Proficiency in

  Excel, Redash, and Google Sheets

  ; exposure to BI tools and SQL is a strong plus.
• Strong

  analytical mindset

  with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Experience building financial models, dashboards, and decision-support tools in a dynamic environment.
• Structured thinking, high ownership, and the ability to connect numbers to narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
