Please visit www.exlservice.com for more information about EXL Analytics. Key Responsibilities Leverage SQL and GCP to build and manage Premium and Loss Datasets. Develop tools and automate processes using Excel, including macro creation and maintenance. Perform data cleaning and transformation, combining multiple datasets related to insurance claims and coverages. Utilize R programs for data extraction and manipulation. Strong reconciliation skills under an insurance context. Work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams. Take initiative in identifying and resolving data related issues. Make recommendations for process improvements and suggest solutions based on insights. Nice to have (Optional) Experience in data visualization and reporting tools. Actuarial knowledge or experience working with actuarial teams. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer science/Engineering, Operations Research or related analytics areas 6+ Yrs of experience in analytics ETL and associated data engineering jobs.
