Role Description

Management Information Systems Specialist

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely reporting and analytical support for day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports for management review.
• Collect, verify, and analyze data across departments (sales, procurement, production, and dispatch).
• Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production yield, order fulfillment, and inventory turnover.
• Support business planning and forecasting through data-backed insights.
• Identify data trends and highlight potential areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Present insights and performance reports to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Information Systems, Business Analytics, Commerce, or related field

• 8–10 years

  of relevant experience in

  MIS, data analytics, or business reporting

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Management Information Systems (MIS)

  and enterprise data structures.
• Proficiency in

  Advanced Excel

  ,

  SQL

  Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio

  .
• Solid

  analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation

  skills.
• Excellent

  communication and presentation

  abilities for conveying insights to non-technical teams.
