About the Role

We’re hiring an MIS professional to build and run our company’s data backbone—owning reporting, dashboards, KPIs, budgeting support, CRM data integrity, and automation. This person will help calculate NP, GP, and free cash flow, implement the Cash Reserve system, and streamline weekly management reporting and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Analytics & Tracking

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for NP, GP, and free cash flow
• Support budgeting, cost optimization, and variance analysis
• Implement the Cash Reserve system: track 15-day profit allocations, fixed vs variable cost management

2. Reporting Systems & Dashboards

• Create and automate Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for KPIs, team performance, and slippage
• Maintain Delegation Sheets and planned vs actual tracking

3. CRM & Collections Reporting

• Set up and maintain CRM data pipelines
• Run lead source mapping, qualification analysis, and collection engine dashboards

4. Ops & Compliance Reporting

• Publish daily/weekly reports including WhatsApp-style executive summaries
• Track compliance tasks and on-time delivery sheets for all teams
• Prepare meeting packs and board-level summary reports

5. Data Hygiene & Automation

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments
• Build automation workflows using Google App Script or similar tools to reduce manual overhead

6. Ad Hoc & Deep-Dive Analysis

• Run cohort, channel, and funnel analysis for quick decisions
• Generate insights across campaign performance and business metrics

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong analytical and math skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards)
• Experience with recurring report automation
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, lead data, and collection reports
• Process-oriented mindset with KPI tracking exposure
• Bias for action and data ownership

Good-to-Have

• Google App Script or basic JavaScript
• Familiarity with SQL or ETL processes
• Experience in founder-led/startup teams
• Budgeting, cash management, and reserve allocation frameworks

Success Metrics (within 90 Days)

• Executive dashboard live with NP, GP, cash flow, and collections
• Weekly reports automated with <2% data error
• CRM data mapped, tagged, and integrated
• Delegation tracker adopted across teams

Sample Skills Test (60–90 minutes)

• Build dashboard from raw CSV showing NP, GP, 15-day cash reserve distribution
• Create lead source mapping report with drop-off points
• Write App Script to auto-refresh sheets, timestamp logs, and send WhatsApp-style update
