Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder (High-Growth Coaching Business) About the Role We are hiring a powerful, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to the founder of a rapidly growing high-ticket coaching business. Our mission is to help coaches, consultants, and marketing agencies acquire premium international clients using LinkedIn, AI, and organic systems. This is not your typical assistant role. This person will help calculate NP, GP, and free cash flow, implement the Cash Reserve system, and streamline weekly management reporting and compliance tracking. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Analytics & Tracking Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for NP, GP, and free cash flow Support budgeting, cost optimization, and variance analysis Implement the Cash Reserve system: track 15-day profit allocations, fixed vs variable cost management 2. Reporting Systems & Dashboards Create and automate Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for KPIs, team performance, and slippage Maintain Delegation Sheets and planned vs actual tracking 3.
