Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder (High-Growth Coaching Business) About the Role We are hiring a powerful, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to the founder of a rapidly growing high-ticket coaching business. Our mission is to help coaches, consultants, and marketing agencies acquire premium international clients using LinkedIn, AI, and organic systems. This is not your typical assistant role. You will act as the founder's right hand , voice , and execution partner — managing tasks, coordinating teams, organizing data, and making sure NOTHING slips through the cracks. Your Mission: To remove unproductive tasks from the founder’s day, take ownership of daily operations , and ensure follow-through and accountability across vendors, teams, and systems. Key Responsibilities: Handle all follow-ups with team members, vendors, and clients on behalf of the founder Assign daily tasks to the team and update the central tracking sheet by end of day Attend internal calls on behalf of the founder , take notes, and follow up Call and coordinate with leads/prospects (from shared call lists) as needed Manage the founder’s calendar, inbox, and WhatsApp tasks Build and update MIS dashboards, trackers, and performance sheets Collect, format, and organize ad campaign and funnel data from Meta, Google, and CRM tools Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports Coordinate all personal tasks for the founder (bookings, deliveries, errands) Ensure execution across all functions (marketing, operations, finance, support) by being the single point of follow-up Take charge of Google research, documentation, and SOP creation when required Must-Have Skills & Qualities: Obsessive about follow-ups and closure Strong command over Google Sheets, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboards) Fluent in spoken and written English Highly organized, punctual, and trustworthy Can handle multiple projects and people independently Comfortable doing both professional and personal tasks for the founder Excellent call coordination & communication skills Can maintain confidentiality and handle pressure Preferred (Not Mandatory): Experience working with founders / CXOs / entrepreneurs Background in managing teams, tracking KPIs, or handling operations Experience in CRM tools, ad report handling, and funnel systems Work Mode: Full-time Hybrid ( 2 -3 days office , 2-3 days remote ) Compensation: Based on experience (₹25K – ₹35K/month) Bonuses linked to accountability, speed, and effectiveness How to Apply: Email your CV and a 2-min Loom video explaining why you're the perfect EA to: raj@growthat.media Or WhatsApp your details to: 7007082277 Subject: EA Application – [Your Name] This is not just a support role.
