Requirements: • At least 15+ years of experience in a service or a shared service, having strong expertise in managing multiple process for US or other international clients. • Current position must be Asst. Manager Delivery/Manager Delivery with strong experience in people management and delivery. • Worked in off shoring and managed project transitions along with strong experience in solutioning and stakeholder management. • Very strong accounting concepts and Ability to lead and manage a large team • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Accounting ERP Applications. • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving capabilities. • Attention to details (at a supervisory level where the person has an eye for detail and can get into details as and when required) • Demonstrated experience in change management and continuous improvement best practices. • Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities • High energy, ownership of work and dedication and commitment to driving results • Master’s degree in administration is preferred. • Excellent communications skills and people management skills. • Willing to work during US hours. .
