• To lead BPO F&A, Supply Chain and Sales Support delivery functions
• Has knowledge and experience in Leading workforce of team members across multiple processes
for international clients.
• Has knowledge and worked in JD Edwards environment (advantage).
• Understanding of accounting policies, statutory accounting principles and tax requirements
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in F&A, Supply Chain Delivery management.
• Leadership skills in a multicultural environment managing Global/Regional Delivery
• Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment, with strong delivery management.
• Work with US onsite team to ensure staffing scales-ups, meet milestones and the SLAs are always met.
• Conduct and develop data analysis, evaluate business needs, and deliver required reports on a recurring basis to provide insights against operational budget.
• Ability to influence at senior business levels within the organization
• Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as act and produce desired outcomes with limited direction.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.

• At least 15+ years of experience in a service or a shared service, having strong expertise in managing multiple process for US or other international clients.
• Current position must be Asst. Manager Delivery/Manager Delivery with strong experience in people management and delivery.
• Worked in off shoring and managed project transitions along with strong experience in solutioning and stakeholder management.
• Very strong accounting concepts and Ability to lead and manage a large team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Accounting ERP Applications.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to details (at a supervisory level where the person has an eye for detail and can get into details as and when required)
• Demonstrated experience in change management and continuous improvement best practices.
• Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
• High energy, ownership of work and dedication and commitment to driving results
• Master’s degree in administration is preferred.
• Excellent communications skills and people management skills.
• Willing to work during US hours.
