About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance. You will play a key role in driving financial efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Must be familiar and have good hold on transfer pricing and assessment

Must have experience in income tax assessment.

Coordination with GROUP company

Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and fund allocation.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.).

Coordinate and liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies.

Contribute to strategic business planning through data-driven financial insights.

Manage and mentor junior finance team members (if applicable).

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

Experience: 10-20 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, or Audit.

Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
