Management Information System Analyst

As an MIS Analyst with 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data using AI tools in Excel and advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI and Power Point. Your focus will be on automation and efficiency, covering different geographies, brands, and product packs in industries like Wellness, FMCG, Personal Care, OTC, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals, and Household Care. Your key responsibilities will include using AI tools to extract key insights from sales data, identifying trends across different regions and SKU. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights derived from AI-driven analysis, emphasizing emerging trends and channel partner performance. Leveraging AI tools embedded in Excel, you will automate the conversion of data into PowerPoint presentations with visual representations and charts for effective communication with senior management. Your role will require feeding large datasets into AI systems to generate reports rapidly, eliminating manual formulas in Excel and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will automate the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual reports based on the most relevant and precise data available. To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record in handling extensive datasets, comparing historical data with current trends, and deriving actionable insights for business planning and sales strategies. Familiarity with integrating AI tools like ChatGPT into Excel and PowerPoint for advanced analytics is essential. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), Power BI, and AI-based platforms for data analysis and visualization is required. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to quickly input large datasets into AI systems and generate reports and presentations within minutes. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least two regional languages are necessary to present complex data insights clearly and concisely.
