Role - Head Order Engineering Location - Pune QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with Mini of 15-20 years of progressive experience in a related engineering field, within the pneumatics, hydraulics, or industrial automation industry. • Strong proficiency in using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) and 2D CAD software (AutoCAD). • In-depth knowledge of mechanical design principles, fluid mechanics, and strengths of materials. Role Summary :- Will lead the clients Order Engineering team in the design and development of advanced Pneumatic Actuators, Hydraulic Cylinders, Valves, and Automation Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects within the industrial automation sector. Lead and manage all routine and project-based activities within the Order Engineering department, encompassing the preparation and review of manufacturing drawings, processes, Bills of Material (BOMs), Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals, and testing procedures. Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Quality Assurance (QA), to successfully achieve project objectives. Drive the standardization of designs in accordance with relevant international standards such as ISO, EN, ASME, and DIN Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation in adherence to product design specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements through the appropriate Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
