Order Manager

Role Description

The Order Processing Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate processing of all customer orders across our sales channels. This role sits at the heart of our operations—coordinating between warehouse, customer support, logistics partners, and marketplaces.

Order Management

• Manage and process daily orders from website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), and B2B clients.
• Ensure accurate order entry, invoicing, and tagging.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Book shipments with courier partners (Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery etc.)
• Monitor pickups, in-transit shipments, and delivery performance.
• Handle NDR, RTO, re-shipments, and courier escalations.

Inventory Coordination

• Maintain accurate stock levels on website, marketplaces, and internal systems.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stockouts or overselling.
• Track fast-moving SKUs and share reorder alerts.

Marketplace & CRM Ops

• Manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
• Work with Amazon/Flipkart seller panels to resolve order issues.
• Maintain customer communication regarding order status.

Reporting

• Prepare daily dispatch reports, pending orders, RTO analysis, and logistics performance reports.
• Track operational KPIs like dispatch SLA, order accuracy, and delivery TAT.

Skills & Qualification

• 2–5 years’ experience in order processing.
• Hands-on experience with

  Shiprocket/Tally/Delhivery Portals

  and marketplace seller panels (Amazon/Flipkart).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
