Job Description: Logistic Manager

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations for our dermo-cosmetic brand.

This role requires strong expertise in warehousing, inventory planning, 3PL management, dispatch coordination, and regulatory compliance—ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective deliveries across all sales channels (D2C, Marketplace, Modern Trade, Distributors).

Key Responsibilities:1. Logistics & Fulfillment Management

• Supervise end-to-end product movement from warehouse to customers, distributors, and marketplaces.
• Manage daily dispatches, last-mile deliveries, return logistics, and order fulfillment SLAs.
• Coordinate with courier partners, 3PLs, and transport agencies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track and reduce logistics costs through negotiation and performance monitoring.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Monitor stock levels, reorder points, shelf life, and batch management (critical for dermo-cosmetic products).
• Oversee warehousing operations including inbound, outbound, storage, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and safety checks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain hygiene, temperature conditions, and storage standards in line with cosmetic regulations.

3. Coordination With Internal Teams

• Work closely with production, procurement, sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
• Support D2C & marketplace teams with order flow, stock allocations, and fast-moving SKU planning.
• Align with the finance team for invoice verification, freight billing, and cost controls.

4. Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with cosmetic industry norms, FDA regulations, and labeling requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation: batch records, COAs, MSDS, shipping documents, etc.
• Oversee GST, e-way bills, and regulatory paperwork required for movement of goods.

5. Vendor & 3PL Management

• Manage warehouse vendors, courier partners, transporters, and packaging suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance using KPIs like TAT, delivery accuracy, damages, and costs.
• Onboard new partners when required and maintain service quality standards.

6. Operations Performance & Reporting

• Track logistics KPIs: delivery performance, dispatch time, WISMO, RTO %, damage rate, freight cost per unit.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, preferably in dermo-cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, pharma, or personal care categories.
• Strong understanding of D2C and marketplace (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart) fulfillment models.
• Experience managing 3PLs, transport vendors, and fast-moving inventory systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP/IMS systems, and logistics dashboards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive dispatches and multi-channel operations.

Pay: ₹40,882.08 - ₹60,908.77 per month
