Job Overview: We are looking for experienced Production manager. The candidate should be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production department to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet the company’s quality standards. This role involves planning production schedules, supervising production staff, optimizing workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met. The Production Manager will also focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement production schedules to meet production goals and deadlines. Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production demand or disruptions. Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that it is running efficiently and effectively. Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that targets are met. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and other process improvement methodologies. Qualification: Bachelor degree in engineering or science. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in production management software and tools. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
