Job Overview: We are looking for experienced Production manager. The candidate should be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production department to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet the company’s quality standards. The Production Manager will also focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement production schedules to meet production goals and deadlines. Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production demand or disruptions. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and other process improvement methodologies. Qualification: Bachelor degree in engineering or science.
