*Role Overview*

Drive end-to-end logistics excellence as Logistics Manager, orchestrating seamless coordination across production, warehouses, and clients. Optimize freight costs, harness 3PL partnerships, guarantee on-time deliveries, and elevate operational efficiency in a high-growth sustainable tech environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

Strategically plan and monitor inbound/outbound logistics across multi-locations for peak performance.Forge strong ties with transport vendors and 3PLs, negotiating top rates for domestic/interstate shipments.Master logistics budgeting, freight optimization, and dynamic route planning to cut costs.Craft and roll out SOPs for streamlined dispatch, documentation, and compliance.Sync with procurement, production, and sales for business-aligned logistics.Uphold shipment accuracy, e-way bills, and GST compliance with precision.Proactively track shipments, resolve delays, and boost delivery satisfaction.Spearhead logistics for product launches and expansions.Deliver insightful weekly/monthly MIS reports on key performance metrics.

*Qualifications and Skills*

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.5+ years in logistics management, ideally manufacturing or cold-chain.Expert in transport norms, GST rules, and warehousing.Proven route planning, freight negotiation, and vendor mastery.Proficiency in ERP/CRM like Zoho, MS Office (especially advanced Excel), and analytics tools for data-driven decisions.Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership prowess.​
