Job Description

Role & responsibilities

large-scale infra materials

Manage
fleet planning
, route optimization, vendor follow-up, and cost control.
Finalize and maintain
rate contracts
with transporters and ensure compliance.
Monitor
material dispatch schedules
and ensure timely availability at work fronts.
Coordinate for
special transportation
of heavy equipment (cranes, batching plants, pavers).
Ensure adherence to
safety norms
during loading/unloading and transit.
Handle
logistics audits
, documentation, GRN delays, shortages, transit damages.
Lead and guide junior logistics coordinators.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in logistics for
infrastructure projects
.
Ability to coordinate with
multiple sites
simultaneously.
Vendor management & negotiation experience.
Good understanding of
MIS, dashboards, ERP systems
, and cost monitoring.
