Prepare and monitor
project schedules
(baseline & revised) using Primavera/MSP.
Review progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) from sites and generate management dashboards.
Identify delays, analyze
critical paths
, and recommend recovery plans.
Support procurement with
resource planning
(equipment, manpower & materials).
Prepare
cash flow projections, budget planning
, and major milestone tracking.

QS & Billing Responsibilities

Review quantities for
earthwork, canal lining, structural works, pipeline components, etc.
Validate site measurements, BOQs, and alignment with contract conditions.
Review and certify
client RA bills & subcontractor bills
submitted by site teams.
Prepare
rate analysis, item justifications, and variation/extra item proposals
.
Monitor
material consumption
, reconcile quantities, and identify deviations.
Verify
BBS, drawings, cost codes
, and ensure billing accuracy across sites.

Coordination & Reporting

Act as the key link between
Site Teams, HO Management, Consultants, and Clients
.
Prepare executive-level
MIS reports
, management presentations, and cost summaries.
Support tendering team with
quantity take-offs, cost inputs, and timelines
.
Ensure compliance with company processes, contract norms, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge in
QS, Planning, Billing & Cost Control
for Infra/Irrigation projects.
Expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Excellent understanding of BOQ, drawings, specification, measurement norms.
Proficiency in
Rate Analysis, BBS, Reconciliation, DPR/WPR/MPR
.
Strong analytical ability and experience in multi-project handling.
Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership & coordination skills.
