The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment management within the real estate or infrastructure construction sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead in setting the PMV Materials budget & costs; tracking PMVs cost, budget, and expenses Manage and maintain all site machinery, equipment, and plants across various construction projects. Oversee equipment planning, allocation, deployment, and scheduling to ensure maximum utilization. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. Maintain inventory and ensure availability of spare parts and consumables. Monitor equipment performance and enforce safety protocols and operational standards. Develop and implement SOPs for machinery operations and maintenance. Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations related to plant and machinery. Evaluate and recommend machinery procurement based on project requirements. Supervise maintenance teams, technicians, and operators, ensuring optimal performance. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repair, purchase, and logistics. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in Plant & Machinery management, preferably in real estate, civil construction, or infrastructure sectors. Responsible for vetting and drafting the documents like Sale deed, Sale Agreements, GPA, JDA and other contracts etc., Responsible for due diligence work in concern to financers as well as Banks for to process loan. Responsible to get external Advocate Title Report for the company Property Handling registrations of Sale Deed, Joint Development Agreements, Power of Attorney, etc. Coordinate with Bank Panel Advocates in obtaining Project bank approvals Coordinate with Govt. officials in obtaining Karnataka RERA Compliance Coordinate with other Advocates related to Non -Litigation matters and maintaining the dates of the cases Conducting Arbitration cases and Land Acquisition matters Responsible for court cases and follow up the cases and co- ordinate with the external Advocate Preferred candidate profile Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.
