Preparing legal notices and all other form of legal letters, issuing of legal notices, sending replies to the notices and coordinating with the external counsels with regard to filings. Handling Arbitration matters and aiding in the course of conducting the arbitration proceedings. Preparing Affidavits, Claim statement and Statement of objections.
