Planning Engineer

Job Responsibility a) Develop and maintain project schedule, Including milestones, tasks and dependencies b) Monitor project progress against the schedule and adjust plans as necessary c) Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment between project schedule and overall program timelines d) Identify communicate schedule risks and issue to stakeholders e) Develop share implement schedule improvement initiatives f) Provide regular updates on project schedule status on stakeholders g) Well conversant with project planning other software - MS project, Primavera etc (MS excel, Word, power-point etc) h) Preparation of master entire project schedule and tracking on weekly basis i) Develop the schedules for individual packages like- civil and infra, PEB and MEP related activities.
j) Highlight the risk and concerns well in advance prepare mitigation plan to overcome risk k) Prepare the capital equipment buying schedule. Ensure the follow up for long lead items Note: Initial plan to be shared by Schneider electric teaM We can integrate in the main schedule l) Invoice certification, invoice tracking and cashflow tracking for all services m) Preparation and sharing of Daily, weekly and monthly progress report n) Manpower, equipment and machinery tracking for agencies working on project site o) Prepare the drawing schedule and maintain communication track on drawing submittals p) Compliance tracking and approval tracking
