Overview:

The Last-Mile Logistics Executive will command and control the entire hyperlocal delivery network for Sneakinn. This is a mission-critical position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational costs. You are not simply managing tasks; you are enforcing zero-defect execution in a high-pressure, real-time environment. Your primary mandate is to guarantee timely, efficient, and damage-free pickup and delivery of high-value articles across multiple metropolitan areas.

NON-NEGOTIABLE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Last-Mile Rider Management & Route Command

·        ENFORCE daily rider schedules and assignments across Delhi & Mumbai with zero tolerance for non-compliance or absenteeism.

·        OWN AND OPTIMIZE all route planning. You will be held directly accountable for maximizing efficiency, minimizing operational cost, and reducing service delays.

·        MONITOR, EVALUATE, AND ACCOUNT FOR all rider performance metrics and ensure strict adherence to all operational protocols.

·        IMMEDIATELY RESOLVE all live rider issues during operational hours to prevent any break in the service chain.

·        MANDATORY SUBMISSION AND VERIFICATION of Rider EOD (End of Day) data, including cash/payment reconciliation, delivery status, and detailed exception logs.

·        RIGIDLY MAINTAIN and prepare daily Rider Route Lists and delivery maps.

2. Logistics & Dispatch Execution

·        GUARANTEE the timely and accurate morning dispatch of all laundry orders for last-mile delivery and ensure on-time initial customer pickups.

·        SEAMLESSLY MANAGE all external courier dispatches for inter-city orders; mistakes are not permitted in this process.

·        PROACTIVELY TRACK AND ESCALATE all delivery pending orders to ensure a ZERO SERVICE DELAY outcome.

·        ASSURE all urgent evening deliveries are successfully arranged and fulfilled without exception.

3. Communication & Definitive Resolution

·        ENSURE invoice broadcasts are shared and payment/order details are immediately and accurately updated.

·        PROVIDE IMMEDIATE, DEFINITIVE RESOLUTION via live chat support and store calls for all day-to-day operational issues.

·        TAKE OWNERSHIP of floor queries raised by internal teams and provide final closure.

4. Compliance, Reporting & Inventory Control

·        MAINTAIN AND AUDIT the live open order status for Delhi and Mumbai store locations.

·        STRICTLY TRACK AND CONTROL rack reconciliation data and manage physical inventory movement with absolute precision.

·        DELIVER DETAILED EOD REPORTS with a complete and accurate log of all done and cancelled deliveries. These reports are non-negotiable.

·        CONDUCT PERIODIC, UNANNOUNCED store visits to enforce and audit compliance with all set logistics and service processes.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

·        PROVEN EXPERIENCE: 1–3 years of verifiable experience in high-volume logistics operations is non-negotiable, with a clear preference for the hyperlocal delivery industry.

·        CRITICAL SKILL: Strong, demonstrable, and MANDATORY experience in rider management and aggressive route planning.

·        COMMUNICATION: Excellent communication and coordination skills required to direct and manage on-ground teams effectively.

·        TOOL PROFICIENCY: Absolute proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch software is required for data management and reporting.

·        OPERATIONAL STAMINA: Demonstrated ability to thrive and succeed in a relentless, fast-paced, real-time operations environment.

·        FLEXIBILITY: Willingness to work flexible, non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, is an EXPECTATION of this role.
