Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Inspect and evaluate customer articles (sneakers, footwear, handbags, and luxury accessories) to determine required services and provide accurate estimates. Communicate service options clearly to customers and upsell additional restoration or protection services where appropriate. Develop technical expertise in luxury brands and restoration techniques to enhance service suggestions. Coordinate with the backend workshop team and technicians to ensure accurate processing of customer articles. Support the customer support team by providing rough estimates for online queries received by the sales team. Maintain consistent communication with customers via chat and phone to explain inspection results and service procedures. Ensure high-quality client handling with professionalism and attention to detail. Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury brands, restoration methods, and customer care best practices.
