Job Description

As a Legal Manager at our client's tech-enabled outsourcing platform based in Noida, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day legal operations, contracts, and compliance matters to support the growing business effectively. You will be required to demonstrate proactive and detail-oriented approaches in handling various legal aspects while collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams. - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts such as MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs. - Partner with business and sales teams to ensure timely contract closures while mitigating legal risks effectively. - Provide clear and business-oriented legal advice on operational matters, regulatory obligations, and internal policy compliance. - Interpret new regulations and update internal policies and processes accordingly, especially in areas like fintech, telecom, data protection, and employment laws. - Create, review, and govern internal legal and compliance policies, maintaining proper documentation and version control of legal templates, SOPs, and process manuals. - Manage the contract repository, ensuring timely renewals, obligations tracking, and recordkeeping. - Liaise with external counsel for specific matters such as litigation, IP, or specialized compliance topics. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal audits, investigations, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Law degree with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to SaaS, BPO, or data-centric businesses. A solid understanding of Indian contract law, labor law, and IT/DPDP compliance is required. Strong business acumen, the ability to align legal advice with business strategy, and experience in managing external legal counsel are also essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for effectively influencing and advising senior stakeholders.,
