Legal Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To support the local Collections team in achieving its targets by using effective legal tools.
• To liaison with police and other statutory authorities in executing warrants and court orders.
• Has to co-ordinate with panel advocates in delivering results on time.
• Should have good knowledge and work experience in Arbitration, 138 , Section 9 , Section 17 Proceedings & other Court legal activities.
• To work with team in controlling the NPAs of the Branch.
• To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.

• Should possess excellent communication and legal drafting skills.
• Should be proactive in identifying the problems and providing appropriate solution.
• V Should be Handalled Police Station Related Matters / issues
• To be a part of Collections team in ensuring adherence of All Audit, Moral and Ethical requirements.
• Educational Qualifications
• Graduate in LLB / LLM
• Experience Profile
• 4-5 years of Any Finance / Bank industry
• Maharashtra Candidate only
• Marathi Typing with good Speed Mandatory
