Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is seeking an Independent Communications Specialist who will play a pivotal role in promoting employee health and wellbeing communications, nurturing the wellbeing and mental health community, and supporting the delivery of the mental health program. This role involves program management, navigating internal systems, designing communications, and collaborating with various stakeholders.Seeking a purpose-led, high-energy team player who will play a pivotal role in promoting employee health and wellbeing communications, nurturing the wellbeing and mental health community and support delivery of the mental health, women’s health program and overall well-being programs. Responsibilities:Communications: Create and execute communications to promote health & well-being programs. Coordinate MHC initiatives, women’s health and mental health workshops, and events. Craft engaging content for GHW Hub and other channels like Viva Engage/ HR4HR Newsletter/ GHW. Newsletter working with Global Comms direction. Land the Women’s health program in key markets. Foster a sense of community by encouraging participation and engagement. Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners. Ensure vendors, whether those managing EAP/ Team Energy/ Psych Safety or other learning program,are delivering on agreed program objectives and delivering reporting. Monitor their SLAs and quality. Support vendor contracts, payments and vendor management. Metrics and Reporting: Regularly analyse Wellbeing program data and provide reports/ flag issues. Use insights to refine program offerings and track progress. Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Provide bi-weekly reporting summary via system-based tools with clear metrics to track OKR progress. HR/ GHW/ NIIT- Learning/ Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees/ team members seeking health & wellbeing resources. Collaborate with HR and GHW teams to address individual needs. Work with NIIT and Leadership Development to ensure Wellbeing content and reporting is on track. Set up Wellbeing/ Women’s health/ MHC community connect sessions, manage invites, ensure decks /facilitators are briefed and ready. Manage the Wellbeing Budget from the vendor side, fulfil reporting requirements, prepare briefingdocuments, manage day-to-day responses to queries & support requests. Provide ongoing support and guidance to BG/ BU/ functional teams as they implement health & wellbeing offerings. Organise workshops and discussions to promote open communication, vulnerability, and trust. Duration: One-year contractLocation: Mumbai preferred; other cities can be consideredCapacity: Ideally 5 days/week; can consider 4 days/week.Timings: GlobalNature of Work: Hybrid (2 days on-site); mainly remote with 1-2 days per week onsite at Mumbai HQ. Skills Required:- A minimum of 7 years of top-tier writer/communications experience.- Experience in health & wellbeing- Experience working with global/international audiences- Some experience in design and deployment of multinational communications in HR/Wellbeing/Comms preferred
