Learning and Development Consultant

As a Senior Manager L&D Solutioning at upGrad Enterprise, you will play a vital role in partnering with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored learning and development (L&D) solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges, and learning requirements. - Conducting thorough needs assessments and translating discussions into structured proposals and solution documents. - Collaborating with instructional designers and delivery teams to create effective learning solutions. - Developing compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations. - Advising clients on suitable learning formats based on their context and needs. - Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. - Keeping abreast of L&D industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and behavioral science insights to enhance client conversations. - Building and maintaining long-term client relationships by providing trusted advisory services. Qualifications and Experience: - 6-10 years of experience in L&D solutioning, client consulting, or corporate training roles. - Strong exposure to B2B client-facing roles, with a preference for L&D or HR consulting backgrounds. - Proven track record in developing and presenting L&D proposals and solutions for enterprise clients. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs. - Capability to work independently in an individual contributor role while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Preferred background in psychology, HR, organizational behavior, or consulting.,
