Job Description:

• Training Need Assessment

• Conduct a thorough assessment of organization’s digital and data training needs
• Collaborate with business verticals, subject matter experts, L&D function to understand and identify specific skill gaps and requirements in digital literacy

• Project Design & Development

• Develop & implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various roles & levels within organization
• Collaborate with vendors and subject matter experts to develop engaging and relevant curriculum content for training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards & learner needs.
• Continuously update training content to reflect emerging trends and technologies
• Oversee the implementation of learning technologies and platforms to enhance the digital learning experience for participants.

• Training effectiveness monitoring

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, or performance metrics like adoption of technology, number of projects executed, etc.

• Culture Building & Continuous learning

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation to stay up-to-date with latest or emerging technology
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, institutions, and employers to enhance the reach and impact of the Digital Academy.
• Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in digital education and technology to inform program development and innovation.
