Learning and Development Consultant

As a Training and Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop engaging training modules including content, activities, workbooks, and presentations. You will also be tasked with planning and coordinating virtual and in-person workshops and coaching sessions. Additionally, you will create comprehensive reports on gap analysis, training effectiveness, and coaching outcomes in collaboration with facilitators. Another key aspect of your role will involve recruiting, onboarding, and managing a team of freelance trainers. You will ensure that these trainers are well-informed about program objectives and content. Monitoring and evaluating trainer performance to uphold high delivery standards will be crucial. In this position, you will coordinate internal training sessions and provide support to facilitators on organizational development, training, and coaching assignments. Furthermore, you will contribute to creating content for PracUp, our learning platform. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role is required. Demonstrated expertise in creating training content and materials is essential. Experience in delivering training programs related to communication excellence, personality development, or English Language proficiency is advantageous. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, operating on a day shift from Monday to Friday. A performance bonus is also included.
