Learning and Development Consultant

As a member of the KNOLSKAPE team, you will play a vital role in helping organizations and leaders become future-ready through experiential learning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Connecting with clients to understand their requirements related to learning or talent development. - Collaborating with client stakeholders to identify specific learning objectives and performance gaps. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) and aligning them with client requirements. - Designing learning solution journeys tailored to meet the client's needs. - Articulating the value of proposed training solutions to clients, showcasing the ROI and business impact. - Identifying additional training needs and opportunities for deeper collaboration to expand client engagements. - Leading the execution of proposed solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, following approved project plans. - Showcasing thought leadership in the field of learning and development. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 10-15 years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development role. - Knowledge of established L&D frameworks, solutions, and theories. - In-depth understanding of talent management practices and processes. - Awareness of the latest trends in Learning & Development.
