Providing feedback to the concerned supervisor regarding drawing-related issues and adhering to EHS guidelines during electrical/mechanical testing will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Collaborating with production teams to implement process improvements, prevent quality issues, and ensuring products comply with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements will be key tasks. You will conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards. Identifying defects or deviations from quality standards, recommending corrective actions, and training production staff on quality control procedures and best practices will also be part of your role. To succeed in this position, you must possess good business communication skills, be competent with the Microsoft Office suite, have a good understanding of EHS guidelines for electrical/mechanical testing, and demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork, flexibility, assertiveness, and high ethics.
