Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and build prospect lists using tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo

    , etc.
  2. Conduct deep research on target accounts (firmographics, technographics, key stakeholders).
  3. Segment and prioritize accounts based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
  4. Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to key decision-makers.
  5. Follow-up persistently to secure meetings and nurture interest.
  6. Qualify leads using BANT or similar qualification frameworks.
  7. Work closely with the Sales team to align messaging and follow-up.
  8. Good to have experience on:

    Zoho CRM

    ,

    Outreach.io, L&D/HR Tech

    industry

Must have:

  1. 2+ years of experience in

    lead generation

    or

    ABM execution

    in a B2B SaaS environment for the India / US-UK markets.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Cold-calling
  4. Email content drafting
