About the Role A reputed Software Development Company in Technopark, Trivandrum, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance, accounting, and compliance, along with strong leadership and analytical capabilities. This role is critical to maintaining financial integrity and ensuring statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and effective delivery of financial functions. Oversee accurate processing of financial transactions and uphold financial data integrity. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and other tax-related obligations. Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
