Job Description

Position: L2 Technical Support Engineer

Experience: 1-1.5 years

A reputed IT product-based company in Trivandrum, Kerala, is seeking personnel with basic .NET & MS SQL development exposure to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for technically supporting client queries as well as assisting development team in maintaining high-quality software applications using the .NET framework.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a solid understanding of software development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing software applications.

• Support, develop, test, and maintain software applications using the .NET Core framework.

• Document software designs, processes, and procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in software development or technical support in banking domain.
