Candidate Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, IT operations, or a similar role. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation. Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc. Proficiency with monitoring tools (Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios etc.).
