A reputed Software Development Company in Navi Mumbai is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to assist in lead generation and nurturing, contributing to overall sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, experience in international markets, and a proven ability to effectively engage with clients. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Generation: - Conduct outbound sales calls to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers. - Actively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels such as calls, emails, and online platforms. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads ensuring smooth progression through the sales funnel. Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with the Sales, Presales, and marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. Reporting and CRM Management: - Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity interactions in the CRM system. - Track sales metrics and generate reports to provide insights into performance and progress toward goals.
