Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Associate at Metadata Technologies in Kochi, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate leads through various methods such as outbound cold calling, networking, social media, and following up on inbound inquiries. You will conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build interest in the solutions provided by the company. Additionally, you will schedule meetings with potential clients, qualify prospects, maintain a robust client database, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline. Your role will also involve working closely with team members to share insights and strategies for achieving collective success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads through outbound cold calling, networking, social media, and follow-ups on inbound inquiries. - Conduct thorough research on accounts, pinpoint key stakeholders, and build interest in the solution. - Schedule and set up meetings with potential clients to explore opportunities. - Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements, and aligning them with our offerings. - Maintain and grow a robust database of prospective clients. - Deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to capture the interest of potential customers. - Develop and submit well-crafted proposals tailored to client requirements. - Collaborate with channel partners to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. - Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and achieve collective success. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), Master's in Commerce (MCom), or Master's in Business Administration (MBA). - 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Fast learner with a passion for Sales. - Prior experience in cold calling or inside sales is preferred. - Familiarity with Solution Selling Methodology in a B2B model is a plus. - Experience with IT sales is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. - Persistent, dedicated, and hardworking. - Ability to develop relationships with C-level executives.
