Job Description

As an Inside Sales Associate at a reputed Software Development Company in Navi Mumbai, your role will involve supporting the efforts in generating and nurturing leads to contribute to overall sales growth. Your communication skills should be exceptional, along with experience in international markets and a proven ability to effectively engage with clients. Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound sales calls to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers. - Actively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels such as calls, emails, and online platforms. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel. - Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business growth. - Address client inquiries and collaborate with the sales team to facilitate closures. - Work closely with the Sales, Presales, and marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. - Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity interactions in the CRM system. - Track sales metrics and prepare reports to provide insights into performance and progress toward goals. - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance outreach strategies.
