Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Adviser to join our dynamic sales team. The Business Adviser will be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance overall performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of total experience in sales, with at least 3 years in B2B sales. Strong communication skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and sales goals. Educational background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Current or previous designation in inside sales or lead generation roles. Willingness to work night shifts. (5PM to 2AM) Availability to join within 15-30 days of notice.
