Experience in 5 years of cyber security or Information security experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP ii. Experience with managing team iii. Hands on experience in commissioning and Implementation of various DLP solution on windows and Linux environment and integrating with various and tools such as AD,IAM,SIEM, Web, Email, etc. iv. Experience in automating processes using scripting as per the capability of the tool v. Understanding of data classification vi. Experience in managing the policies and exceptions, adding exceptions to the policies based on pre-defined criteria, monitoring of endpoints, Web, Email, etc and analyse data produced by the client DLP system vii. Knowledge of BCP/DR of DLP Roles and responsibilities: i. Defining and deploying DLP Endpoint profiles ii. Adding and Managing Access Roles in DLP (super user / system admin / policy manager / incident manager / external auditor) iii. DLP Server upgrade activities (backing up and archiving old incidents) iv. Developing DLP Incident management and escalation workflows as well as documenting the DLP processes and procedures

You will be responsible for defining and executing the India Cybersecurity growth strategy in alignment with company objectives. Your key responsibilities and strategic impact areas include: - Owning full P&L responsibility for the Cybersecurity India business. - Driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, existing account expansion, and partnerships. - Leading high-performing sales and presales teams to achieve business targets. - Engaging at the CISO and executive level to build trusted relationships. - Overseeing presales, solutioning, and proposals to offer differentiated offerings. - Ensuring sales discipline and pipeline rigor for predictable business outcomes. - Partnering with delivery leaders to ensure client success and measurable value. - Developing India-specific market positioning, offerings, and thought leadership. In terms of Sales & Client Engagement, you will personally lead large pursuits, CISO-level conversations, and complex deal negotiations. You will drive the end-to-end sales cycle and strengthen client relationships for strategic account expansion. For Presales & Solutions, your role involves leading presales efforts, ensuring collaboration between sales and technical teams, and positioning cybersecurity solutions that address client needs. In Sales Operations & Governance, you will establish robust pipeline management, forecasting, and sales discipline. Tracking key metrics and driving operational rigor will be essential for the Cybersecurity India business. Qualifications required for this role include: - 20+ years of experience in IT services / cybersecurity consulting, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in growing a 100Cr+ cybersecurity services business in India with strong P&L ownership. - Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and enterprise account expansion. - Ability to engage credibly with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards on security strategy and digital transformation. - Strong understanding of the India cyber market landscape and key cybersecurity offerings. - Leadership skills to build and mentor high-performing teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
