Looking for Learning And Development

Demonstrated experience building capability academies or structured learning pathways for F&A functions.


Experience handling high-volume global workforce training, preferably in shared services/BPO or corporate finance setups.



Responsibilities



  • Proven track record in designing functional training for F&A roles (e.g., month-end closing, financial analysis, reconciliations, budgeting & forecasting).
  • Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end L&D programs, including leadership development for finance managers.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing LMS/LXP systems and improving learner experience.
  • Exposure to change management during process transformation or technology rollouts (RPA, ERP upgrades, GenAI tools).
  • Collaboration with Finance SMEs to create learning content, competency maps, and skill measurement.
  • Strong F&A background (worked directly as F&A L&D partner or supported finance capability development).
  • Instructional Design mastery.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder management & consulting skills.
  • Strong facilitation/presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Experience designing functional, leadership, and digital skills learning.
  • High proficiency in LMS management and reporting.
  • Ability to create microlearning and blended learning experiences.
  • Understanding of compliance, audit, risk and controls in finance.
  • Build and oversee comprehensive learning analytics dashboards to track capability development, program effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Create high-impact executive presentations and capability insights decks using strong PowerPoint skills to influence leadership decisions and shape L&D strategy.





Strong F&A background, Instructional Design mastery, Data-driven approach, Stakeholder management, Strong facilitation/presentation skills.



Preferred Skills

Experience in shared services/BPO or corporate finance setups, High proficiency in LMS management and reporting.



5–10+ years of Learning & Development experience, with at least 3+ years supporting F&A teams as an L&D Partner
