Flexing It has partnered with Our client is leading French Mirror Manufacturer, and are looking to engage with a Communication Strategy Lead. Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the communications vertical from scratch.Design and implement an integrated communication strategy (internal and external).Manage social media, newsletters, press releases, and internal announcements.Develop stakeholder engagement plans including media, partners, government, and industry forums.Create compelling content across platforms to articulate INDEC’s work and impact.Organize visits, briefings, and engagement activities for key stakeholders.Build and maintain a media network and handle public relations.Set up performance metrics to assess communication effectiveness. Skills RequiredProven experience in strategic communications, preferably in the development, public policy, or consulting sectors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.Strong understanding of digital communication tools and analytics.
