The company is headquartered in US, with a Sales team in US and a captive unit of about 500 team members in Pune. Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement lead generation plans, including target audience identification, messaging development, and channel selection. Lead Identification and Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, analyze their needs, and understand their buying behavior. Outreach and Engagement: Execute outreach campaigns through various channels like email marketing, social media, and cold calling to generate leads. Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Evaluate leads based on their suitability and potential, and implement strategies to nurture them towards conversion. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze lead generation performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics. Team Management: Manage and drive a team of lead generation professionals to achieve goals. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams in Pune and US to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Key Functional Area Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the US market through various channels Develop and implement lead generation strategies to promote continuous business growth Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts towards short term and long-term targets/ objectives Track and report on key performance metrics Lead a team of 25-30 Sales and Marketing professionals Requirements Domain Knowledge Required Strong understanding of lead generation principles and best practices: This includes knowledge of various marketing channels, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build relationships, persuade prospects, and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.
