The role demands a proactive, extroverted, and communication-strong individual who can confidently interact with industry decision-makers and manage the complete initial marketing funnel.Requirements:-Educational Qualification:-MBA in Marketing (Preferred)OR Bachelor s degree (BBA B.Com BE with marketing interest)Experience:-0.6 - 3yearsPersonality Communication:-Extrovert, energetic, and confidentStrong English Hindi communicationComfortable speaking with contractors, purchase teams, EPC companies, and govt. departmentsProfessionally presentable with good etiquetteSkills Required:-Industrial lead generation, B2B calling, CRM follow-upsDatabase research (contractors, EPC, tenders, infra projects)Cold calling, warm calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, LinkedIn outreachBasic understanding of social media campaigns, email campaigns, GoogleMeta adsKnowledge of CRM tools (Zoho or similar)Basic Excel, MIS reporting, and coordination skillsIndustry knowledge in infrastructure, precast, machinery (added advantage)Responsibilities:-1. Lead Generation Database BuildingIdentify and qualify contractors, EPC firms, builders, government agencies, and precast manufacturersDaily calling to new leadsExtract leads from IndiaMart, tender portals, LinkedIn, Google, and existing databasesUpdate all lead information in CRM2. Digital Marketing SupportCoordinate with the design team for social media creativesPrepare and post machinery benefits, product videos, site photosSchedule regular content across platformsAssist in running paid ads when required3. Marketing Funnel ActivitiesConduct initial prospect contact and need analysisTransfer qualified leads to the Sales ManagerFollow up to maintain funnel healthCoordinate brochures, catalogues, and proposals4. Sales CoordinationShare inquiries with relevant segment headsFollow up with estimation engineers for quotationsTrack proposal status and update CRM5. Event Site Visit CoordinationSupport exhibitions, dealer meets, client visits, and machinery demonstrations6.
