Job Description

Purpose of the Job

The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of potential customer for Residential and commercial rooftop solar projects. This role involves planning, supervising lead-gen executives, mapping target markets, managing digital & offline channels, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales team.

Primary Responsibility : Lead Generation and Manage Digital Channels

  • Develop and execute lead generation plans for C&I rooftop solar (3 kW1000 KW)
  • Lead a team of lead-generation executives and social media team
  • Content Strategy & Planning for brand, marketing, and communication goals
  • Identify key themes, content pillars, and messaging frameworks for different audience segments
  • Write and edit high-quality content including blogs, website pages, landing pages, emails, product descriptions, ads, case studies, brochures, and scripts.
  • Create compelling narratives for brand storytelling and customer engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Plan and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Produce content for campaigns, presentations, product launches, and events.
  • Develop content to support lead-generation funnels (top/middle/bottom).

Key Skills Required (What we need)

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics
  • Research-driven and detail-oriented + strategic thinking
  • Familiarity with content tools (CMS, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, SEO tools)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or related field
  • 37 years of experience in content strategy, content writing, or digital marketing
  • Experience in B2B, tech, or solar/energy sector is an advantage (if relevant)
