Job Summary

The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to generate high-quality leads that support the company’s sales pipeline. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with lead generation tools, and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital platforms, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Build and maintain lead databases using CRM and automation tools.
  • Qualify leads through structured criteria, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Optimize lead funnels by identifying performance gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation performance metrics and ROI.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new lead opportunities.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Manage vendor relationships for lead acquisition (if applicable).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or related digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead qualification frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in IT, SaaS, or global service-based industries.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead scoring methodologies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
  • Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
  • Cost per lead.
  • Lead engagement and response rates.
  • Contribution to sales pipeline and revenue targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,580.46 - ₹38,680.83 per month
