We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.Arcesium is seeking an experienced Strategic Programs Lead to join the Business Operations team within the Client and Partner Development (CPD) organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational scalability and shape strategic business objectives through data-backed governance.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Global teams across Sales & Partnership, Account Management, and Forward Deployed to lead complex, high-impact projects that enhance operational efficiency and support the firm’s strategic growth. They will also provide executive leadership with insights derived from market research and data analysis to inform key decisions.
In addition to driving cross-functional programs, this role will work closely with leadership to design, test, and operationalize new go-to-market (GTM) motions, supported by market research and competitive insights that feed into the department’s long-term planning and revenue strategies. The candidate will also partner closely with leadership on the CPD-wide annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes — coordinating financial inputs, conducting run-rate analyses, and translating operational insights into financial frameworks that support informed decision-making.
We are looking for someone with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, capable of driving transformational change while delivering thought leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant, lending structured analytical thinking and perspective to business leaders across the organization to drive operational excellence.
  • Present solutions and recommendations to executive leadership and influence decision-making to achieve business objectives.
  • Build out operational analytics and intelligence, design and deliver dashboards and reports, and use Objectives and Key Results goal-setting frameworks (OKR) to support short- and long-term operational goals.
  • Support new GTM motion exploration and pilot programs — translating market research, customer insights, and pipeline data into actionable strategies that inform revenue and resourcing plans.
  • Execute strategic internal projects driving operational improvement, transformational change within functions and across the organization, growth, and other internal goals.
  • Own project details, from the creation of business cases and roadmaps, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resource allocations and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks proactively, mitigate issues, and use metrics to track progress and ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct targeted market research to gather industry insights, benchmark competitors, and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Produce KPI dashboards, presentations, proposals, and reports for executive-level audiences.
  • Support the CPD annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles — gather inputs from sub department leads, prepare financial templates, analyze current-year run rates, and support top down target setting in coordination with leadership.
  • Contribute to specific elements within the budgeting process such as revenue submissions, alignment with 5-year planning updates, and ensuring smooth approval workflows with CPD leadership.
  • Partner with Finance counterparts to ensure consistency of assumptions and submissions, bridging operational and financial planning seamlessly; review P&L performance on a recurring basis to evaluate actuals vs. budget for CPD-owned components and inform course corrections with leadership buy-in as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of strategic program management or consulting experience, preferably with a background in finance or technology. This individual must be an organized, process-oriented problem-solver who can multi-task and manage competing interests. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or finance/economics, with a strong record of academic achievement is required and an MBA is preferred. • Process Governance & Optimization: Ability to synthesize unstructured task lists into clear, repeatable steps which can be easily explained and formalized with the organization. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to influence, persuade, and present effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Ownership Mentality: Self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” approach who thrives in fast-paced environments and can multi-task and manage competing priorities.
